At our February Women’s Wellness Circle, Charles Brand of Appealing Environments, entitled his presentation to us as “Crystal Enlightenment”.  He reminded us that as we are moving into the Age of Aquarius that we are actually raising the vibration of our bodies and shared with us a way to support this process with crystals.  So how can we raise our vibration and how does it have anything to do with crystals like quartz and amethyst?  Well, Charles talked about how our bodies are a carbon base and carbon is close on the periodic table to silicon or Sand. We had the opportunity to look at “Sand” in a whole new way and explore our own “Self” in the process.

Quartz Crystals, Amethyst and Citrine are made up of Silicon dioxide (SiO₂). Silicon Dioxide is the most abundant compound in the earth’s crust.  It exists as quartz crystal, amethyst, agate, flint, jasper, opal and commonly known SAND. As we are moving into the Age of Aquarius – I reference the writing of another researcher who speaks of this topic in his work.

Our bodies liquid crystals called minerals and water (liquid quartz crystal) are effected by the moon and sun cycles and it’s rising, setting and solar flares… which have been huge this year of entrance into the “Door Way” of Aquarius… the Age of Liquid Crystal Understandings of ourselves and soon to come elevated functions of our inner crystal functional technologies. We are downloading new Mental Software in this New Age.

Aquarius is all about crystal technologies… again, water is liquid crystal… electric force is everything at the atomic, molecular and cellular levels… all of today’s technologies are simply external creative inventions that mimic what our brains and bodies can do… your cell phone is awesome, it runs on a crystal chip and electric force but your brain is infinitely more powerful and can send and receive calls from other worlds and much more.   For more information and reference, please click here.

If our energy and words create patterns, then we are affecting our crystal bodies with those patterns. Our bodies are also over 70% water.  We spoke of Dr. Masaru Emoto and his experiments with water. For those who are unfamiliar with this work, following is an excerpt from his website:

“It was 1994 when the idea to freeze water and observe it with microscope came upon me. With this method, I was convinced that I should be able to see something like snow crystals.
After two months of trial and error, this idea bore fruit. The beautifully shining hexagonal crystals were created from the invisible world. My staff at the laboratory and I were absorbed in it and began to do many researches. The result was that we always observed beautiful crystals after giving good words, playing good music, and showing, playing, or offering pure prayer to water. On the other hand, we observed disfigured crystals in the opposite situation.  Moreover, we never observed identical crystals.

I published these results as photograph collections: “Messages from Water 1” (1999), “Messages from Water 2” (2002), “Messages from Water 3” (2004), and “Messages from Water 4” (2008). (All of them are published from Hado Kyoiku-Sha.)” 

Just like the water experiments revealed that beautiful crystals are formed from love and kindness, Charles asked us to pay attention to what we are broadcasting to our bodies.  By getting very clear on what we want in our life; we can create intentions to manifest those desires.  We can then use crystals as a tool to get what we want by broadcasting our Intentions to the Crystals. In this way we can turn our Dreams into Reality!

Finally we took a look at our Chakra system and learned which crystals have a positive affect for balancing each of the 7 chakras.  Charles suggested that we could utilize our sleep time more effectively for balancing our chakras by choosing a crystal for each and place them between the boxspring and mattress in the corresponding location under our bodies.  Here is a list of some crystals that can be used for each of your chakras.

Root Chakra – hematite, garnet, tiger’s eye, agate, obsidian

Sacral Chakra – carnelian, jasper, mahogany, obsidian, moonstone

Solar Plexus – citrine, calcite, sunstone

Heart Chakra – rose quartz, jade, malachite, moss, agate, serpentine, rhodonite

Throat Chakra – kyanite, blue lace agate, turquoise, aquamarine

Third Eye Chakra – sodalite, lapis lazuli, fluorite

Crown Chakra – amethyst, clear quartz

When we say “we are one” it has a whole new meaning when we consider ourselves to be comprised of liquid quartz crystals like the earth! So, may we remember to speak kindly to ourselves, each other, to our water and our food. It just may have a greater impact on our well being than we have previously considered.
