AboutKaren Armstrong, founder of Inside Out, has had a life long interest in human behaviour and has explored many avenues in her efforts to discover tools and techniques that will support her journey of self development and improvement. While in the corporate world, Karen successfully filled positions in customer service, sales and human resources but noticed that many people were struggling with balance and quality of life issues. In 1997, her quest to understand why we do what we do found expression in the powerful personality system known as the Enneagram. Karen founded Inside Out in 2000. As an experienced facilitator and interpersonal communications specialist, Karen has delivered programs from coast to coast to teens and adults of every age. She works in the corporate and church venues guiding teams on how they can work together more effectively. She has also provided insight for families and couples to ease the stress that different personalities bring to relationships. Karen is a Certified Professional Behaviour and Values Analyst with training in: Emotional Intelligence, Educational Kinesiology, Predictive Index, and Reiki.
