Connecting to the Communication of Our Body, Emotions & Inner Voice
Have you ever found yourself saying something like; I’ve been working so hard that when I finally get some time off, all I want to do is sleep. Or – now that I have made enough money to do some traveling, my health isn’t going to support it. It’s not like our bodies haven’t been trying to give us signals before we are exhausted or our health is challenged – the trouble is we have learned to stop listening. I know that I am no exception to this and realize that is the reason my work is centered around connecting to the communication of our body, emotions and inner voice.
Some of you reading this blog post may have noticed the quote I have after my e-mail signature that goes like this:
“The standard of success in life isn’t the things. It isn’t the money or the stuff. It is absolutely the amount of joy that you feel.” — Abraham
I really believe in this quote and know that when I am joyful, which can also be called happy, grateful, peaceful or fulfilled, then the day is pretty great! When you can add up a number of pretty great days in a week, month and year, soon it leads to a pretty great life! I heard another saying on the radio today: Time Flies – the good thing is that we’re our own pilot! So – how’s your ride going?
Sometimes when we finally listen to our bodies cries for attention, we don’t know what to do next. That’s where I have been building my skill set. I added Biophoton light resonance therapy to my practice in March of this year after experiencing first hand the huge benefits of tuning into my body through the chiren instrument. By investigating the meridian points on your fingers and toes, imbalances are revealed where a disturbance or incoherent light occurs. The measurements are visible on the instrument and audible so it is a clear and precise way of locating disturbances. The interesting thing I have found while treating clients is that when we locate an imbalance and discuss the possible reasons for it – the answers become quite clear. It’s like putting together the pieces of a puzzle by going back to when symptoms started, what was going on at that time in the person’s life and the key part – how did the client feel at that time?
After treatment, most clients are expressing that they feel lighter, more energetic and clear about certain things that may require changing. Of course acute issues such as sprains, headaches and stomach disturbances have seen immediate shifts.
There are an infinite number of ways to respond to our needs to feel better and they are more accessible all the time. It can be fun to explore those things that make us feel better. This is not a dress rehearsal – it’s the real thing. We are worth making every minute as good as it can be. Are you ready to do some exploring?
Have you wondered about or tried Biophoton Light Resonance Therapy? Please share your experience with me. I love getting feedback! And don’t forget to leave a link back to your own blog if you have one via the commentluv feature you’ll find here on the site.
Until next time,
Karen
Personally I’ve never heard of Biophoton Light Resonance Therapy, is this something that you see results in all individuals that are exposed to the treatment or just a percentage ? I can definitely see how it could be of a benefit to certain individuals and it sounds like something that will grow more and more popular, because of the results.
Hi Kevin – I believe it is no mistake that you came across my blog and are curious about the Biophoton Light Therapy. In my early experience it has positive application for everyone – even to balance the body for environmental toxins so that our perception and discernment becomes even clearer. I am finding new ways to work with this therapy all the time. Keep in touch! Karen
