“I am a lifelong learner and always looking to better understand how I respond to life as it has a direct impact on how much Joy and Harmony or Stress and Discomfort I am experiencing physically, emotionally and mentally. There have been many tools I have explored and a few I have taken into my life to stay as they have been life changing.
My clients come to me when something in their life isn’t working. Whether that is expressed through a relationship, overwhelm with the responsibilities in their life or a physical symptom that no one seems to be able to figure out – the answers reside within the individual. I offer a safe place to explore, question and heal so that a sense of well-being and empowerment can return.
I work with individuals, couples, families and business teams.
As a Reiki Master, Biophoton Light Therapist and Enneagram coach, I have a valuable set of resources to support people on their journey to better understanding themselves and the messages of the mind, body and soul. I have learned that the life we are experiencing is a direct reflection of our beliefs, thoughts and the choices we make every day.”

Understanding ourselves is the first step in creating outstanding relationships.
We may know the people in our lives that push our buttons – but do we understand WHY?
We may learn that we keep attracting the same types of circumstances into our lives – but do we understand WHY?

The Buddhist Temple of Otagi Nenbutsu-ji
One of the Temples that I visited really touched my heart from this perspective. Otagi Nenbutsu-ji is a Buddhist Temple in the Arashiyama neighbourhood of Kyoto. Originally founded by Empress Shotoku in the middle of the eighth century, it was destroyed once by flooding and once by a civil war. It was moved to its current location in 1922, later suffering typhoon damage in 1950. It took thirty years to repair the damage but when it was finally restored worshipers celebrated by donating the 1200 rakan sculptures (stone statues representing the disciples of Buddha).
